Shipping costs are calculated on weight based shipping.

Right to cancel / Complaints

Right of withdrawal

14 days applies. The withdrawal period is counted from the date of receipt of delivery. The right applies if the goods are unused and undamaged. If you decide to use this right of withdrawal and return the product, you are responsible for the return delivery, cost and transport risk. When we received the returned goods and find that it is unused and undamaged, we will refund the amount you paid for the item, excluding delivery costs and any administrative fee.

Returns

The item/s returned must be unused and undamaged, when we receive the item in the condition stated above we will refunded the amount you paid excluding the delivery cost and any administrative fee.

Other conditions

Minimum order quantity: unless we state otherwise, the minimum order per design in 0.5 metre. Bolt Discount is a minimum of 10m per design

Sold goods

If a product is currently out of stock, it must be ordered again by Amy Elizabeth Designs Ltd. Goods
that no longer are available in stock, can not be re-ordered by the customer until in stock.

Before cutting

Always ensure that the fabric is flawless, before you cut into it. Unfortunately any fabric that you have cut into cannot be returned to Amy Elizabeth Designs Ltd.

Disclaimers

Amy Elizabeth Designs Ltd reserves the rights for misprints (small errors, white spots and slight imperfections may occur in the printing process, this is due to the digital printing process, this is deemed as perfect condition when sending out fabric to the customer. Fabric with more imperfections will be noted on the website and sold at a discount price), price changes, out of print products, force majeure &
currency changes.

Fabric weight can vary 10% more or less due to printing process.

Colour deviations may occur due to technical reasons, on screen colours use RGB colour palette and printed material used CMYK and and therefore we can not guarantee that the images on our website and social media platforms portray the product’s exact actual appearance.
